uni was alright today.
other than the fact that i felt very zonked out the whole day.
i hope it wasn't from saturday:/
heard that jeremy got wasted that night.LOL
and im still waiting for the party photos to be uploaded on fb !!

so anw, chem was super duper boring D:
i nearly died at the lecture.
even though my seat was super good!WASTED MANN.
psych lab was quite interesting.
chiong-ed to do my psych experiment after that.
finally bought stamps to post the college application.
bought the yellowdrink and went to reid to mugmugmug.
lappie's battery died on me cause i dumbly forgot to bring the adapter-.-
so had to sit at the desktop computers to iLect.
was quite productive i guess.
cause i didn't really expect to get any work done seeing that i was so super zonked out.
so YAY(:
eh i just realised that my posts are getting more and more monotonous:/

HAPPY 21st BIRTHDAY JEREMY !!

HELLO! ((:

birthday party was fun fun fun:D
went to zion for awhile after cg.
service there was interesting but good nonetheless(:
but going there makes me miss yhope so much !!
ughhhhhh.
the huge gang of people proceeded to jeremy's place after that.
found out that my car's driver(eufei) lives like 5 MINS from my house(in singapore) only.
haha talk about coincidence mann.
perth is starting to seem very small (x
jeremy's house is super big&nice laa.
weather was not that cold, so YAY(:
but still, the outdoor heater was my best friend throughout;D
hahahahahaha.
food&drinks were great.
everyone was basically roaming around the house((:
made alot of new friends but i can't remember their names x(
im damn bad at names laa.
forgot to snap photos with alot of people D:
so anw, the guys were the fierce drinkers.
jeremy's record was 20shots(minus the random drinks throughout the night) the last time i checked :O
fierce fierce(for me at least..)
but no one got drunk, so no show to watch.LOL
and to think jeremy went "stay awhile longer, i might do something stupid" ;D
heineken was good enough for me, anymore i'll zonk out.

played play station with random people.

in spite of it all,

Once there were three trees on a hill in the woods.
They were discussing their hopes and dreams when the first tree said,
"Someday I hope to be a treasure chest.
I could be filled with gold, silver and precious gems."

The second tree said, "Someday I will be a mighty ship.
I'll take kings and queens across waters to corners of the world."

The third tree said, "I want to grow to be the tallest tree in the forest.
People will see me on top of the hill and look up to my branches,
and think of the heavens and God and how close to them I am reaching.
I'll be the greatest tree of all time. People will always remember me."

After a few years of praying that their dreams would come true,
a group of woodsmen came upon the trees and cut them down.

When the first tree was cut and sent to the carpenter, he's happy
as he thought the carpenter would make him into a treasure chest.
But he was made into a feed box for animals and was placed in a barn.
This was not at all what he had prayed for.

When the second tree was cut and sold to the shipyard,
he was happy as he thought he's on his way to becoming a mighty ship.
But he was made into a small fishing boat.
His dreams of being a mighty ship and carrying kings came to an end.

When the third tree was cut, he was sad.
His dreams of being the greatest tree in the forest would not come true.
He's cut into large pieces and left alone in the dark for a long time.

The years went by, and the trees forgot about their dreams.

One day, a man and woman came to a barn and she gave birth.
They placed the baby in the feed box made from the first tree.
The tree could feel the importance of this event.
The Son of God was just born and was laid in this manger.
The first tree knew that it’s holding the greatest treasure of all time.

Years later, some men got in the fishing boat made from the second tree.
One of them was tired and went to sleep.
While they were on the water, a great storm arose.
The boat didn't think it was strong enough to keep the men safe.
But the sleeping man was awoken.
He stood, rebuked the wind and the waves. The storm stopped.
At this time, the tree knew it’s carrying the King of Kings in its boat.

And finally, someone came and got the third tree.
It was then carried by this man who was already beaten and whipped.
Many people mocked the man as he carried the tree through the streets.
When they came to a stop, the man was nailed to the tree.
Then he was raised in the air to die at the top of a hill.

The third tree realized that it had come close to God
and became the greatest tree of all time,
because the Saviour of the world had been crucified on it.

Each of the trees got what they wanted,
though not in the way they had imagined.

In the end, God's way is higher than our ways.
And He will never forget our desires to be used by Him.
